Beauty isn't a Look it is a Feeling
The feeling of beauty is natural to you. It's that moment when you're completely in love with life—immersed in adoration, joy, and ease. It's not about appearances but about alignment and fulfillment. Beauty arises when you're deeply present, fully enjoying the here and now. Find out how you can tap into your inherent natural state of beauty and why it's always within your reach.

How To Feel Beautiful
Beauty is the feeling of ease, fun, it feels like being on point. It's there in the moments when you're so fulfilled and present that the outside world fades away. And you are paradoxically everything but focussed on looking good.
You can feel beautiful after:
- A refreshing shower with a deliciously-scented gel.
- Wearing a fabric that feels luxurious and perfectly fits your body form.
- An intense and sweaty workout that was tough but oh so satisfying.
- Watching a wonderful movie that makes you forget about yourself entirely.
The common denominator of these moments are that they are rooted in presence. When you are fully where you are when you are there, you are naturally beautiful.
Think about it, the most attractive people are the people that are fully engulfed in what they are doing and not really aware of anything that's happening around them.
And here's the best part: it's just one conscious breathe away.
A Personal Story: The Mirror Moment
I'll never forget this moment and I tap from it whenever I feel myself judging my looks.
A date I had with a man I was totally smitten with. We had so much fun and I felt absolutely radiant happy and confident. And apparently I wás magnetic. The other men that were present were all flirting with me... My date wasn't so amused, I however didn't mind too much ;-)
I went to the bathroom and caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror.
Shock. Disbelief. How could I feel so incredible, and how come everyone was flirting with me even though I looked like sh*t? Yes I know it sounds dramatic, but this was literally what I thought when I saw myself.
It was beautiful for many reasons the most important being; Beauty isn't what you see—it's what you feel.

Teachers About Beauty
Peter Crone once shared a profound insight about self-worth. In a conversation with a woman who sought validation through material things, he said:
"No amount of [...money, clothes, attention from others ..] will ever fill up the feeling of not good enough."
True beauty, like true self-worth, comes from within. No external factor can replace the inner alignment that creates a radiant feeling of beauty.
Redefine Beauty on Your Terms
Here's the truth: beauty standards were invented by others—and often these others are companies that gain something from you wanting to live up to that standard. Skin care, weight loss products, make-up, etc. Which is fine you just don't have to buy into that.
You have the power to define beauty for yourself.
