Hey everyone, I'm changing the format of this page. It doesn't feel like who I am.

What does feel like me? Exactly what you can read underneath. A conversational and playful and filled with wisdom nuggets type communication way of sharing.

The articles require you to have bit of back ground knowledge to grasp this, and I'm assuming that if you desire explanation you either ask me via heyhey@victoria-moniquefitness.nl or you have the basic understandings of conscious creation in your being.

An Ephiphany that can serve you too.

Bashar says that in his dimension when they want to get from point A to point B they dont travel, the simply stop existing at the coordinates of A and start existing at the coordinates of B.

In physical reality there is a process, the "how" which is and has never been up to us.

Our job is to mind our coordinates, our frequency, our energy and our vivration.

That does the job for us.

Another wonderful analogy is that of an address. You can move to a different address. And certain mail doesn't reach you anymore. If you don't use the forwarding service that is. When you do use that service, well then you'll find yourself in the wonderful Flip Flop between addresses.

I remember this funny poster in a tattoo studio in Amsterdam that said: Please cancel my subscription to your problems. Well, let's cancel our personal subscription to whatever it you wanna cancel why don't we ...

I have a personal story that illustrates how everything automatically happens without needing to intend or affirm or be extremely specific.

The greater ME knows exactly what I prefer as does the greater YOU.

I am on a new address in NZ literally and metaphorically and I desired a Yoga studio for my practice.

I felt drawn to one in particular and checked it out and the reality was even more EPIC. It also has a gym attached to it!

So I can train my other stuff too. Oh oh Joy.
